Apply a Format Style Using the Format Painter

Select the test. Click the Home tab. Click the Format Painter button.         To apply the format to more than once, double-click the Format Painter button. Drag to select the text or click the object. If you double-clicked the Format Painter button, and then press Esc when you're done.
