Office checks compatibility for non supported features in earlier versions

Click the Office button. Point to Prepare. Click Run Compatibility Checker. View the compatibility summary information, so you can make changes, as necessary.             To check the workbook when Excel saves the file,             select the Check compatibility when saving this workbook. Click OK.
