Apply(Copy) a Format Style Using the Format Painter

Select a cell or a range.             Click the Home tab.             Click the Format Painter button.             If you want to apply the format to more than one item, double-click the Format Painter button. Drag to select the text or click the object to apply the format. If you double-clicked the Format Painter button, and then press Esc when you're done.
